Gentle Yoga With Chantal

The Library is continuously working to find new and interesting programs that will perk your interest and help you in any way we can and this new program is no different. 

Meet Yogi Chantal Houde who has been teaching since 2015 in the community, studio, and in private settings not only in Canada but internationally as well. She will be leading weekly sessions that will be available as a video on our YouTube channel as well as on our Facebook page and website.

Chantal understands yoga as a practice in awareness and acceptance of ourselves and our environment and incorporates elements of several yoga lineages into her classes. Chantal also completed a 300-hr training in therapeutic yoga and has led workshops on a variety of topics including Yoga for Sleep, Restorative and Reiki, and Yoga Nidra. She has supported students in healing from PTSD, anxiety, insomnia, and sciatica in group and private sessions.
