My goal is to get everyone, especially seniors, moving during this confinement. It’s important to get the blood flowing. You can follow my lead or modify the workout to suit your level of exercise. Hi everyone! My name is Ryan Onifrichuk. I am a father of two beautiful children, husband to an amazing wife and a lover of life.
