Library Services – Update

Update as of December 22, 2021

In accordance with Provincial restrictions, our buildings are currently operating at 50% capacity.

Proof of vaccination is NOT required to visit any Clarence-Rockland Public Library branch, however, is required for participation in in-person programs. To attend a program in-person at either branch, participants will need to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccines and ID before entering the room. All participants will be required to self-screen for COVID-19 symptoms before participating and should not attend if they are feeling unwell. As a reminder, all clients must wear a face covering and disinfect their hands as they walk into the Library.

Please see below for more information on what is currently available at the Library, regular and holiday hours and how you can keep yourself and everyone else safe and healthy when you visit the Library.

Do you have a question? Email us at or call us at 613-446-5680 ext. 0. We look forward to welcoming you into the Library!
